📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the leasing process for premium office spaces in Bali, including marketing, negotiations, and lease agreements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, tenants, and developers.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office leasing team, including scheduling, coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Utilize property management software such as Yardi or BuildingIQ to streamline leasing processes and track performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in commercial real estate.
• Attend and participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and professional development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property leasing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the Bali real estate market, including local regulations, tax laws, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or BuildingIQ.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
