As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.

With a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, Amaris Hotels is committed to creating a welcoming environment for all guests. In this role, you'll use our hotel management system, PMS (Property Management System), to manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. You'll also handle guest inquiries, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and ensure all hotel policies are followed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs using the PMS system.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services available in Kupang.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using PMS (Property Management System) software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with local regulations and hospitality best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a busy, dynamic setting.
