📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Lead and coordinate administrative functions to support the smooth operation of the office.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
• Handle employee benefits and compensation.
• Conduct regular HR audits and reviews.
• Support the general affairs department in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient office environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR and administrative functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and general affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a distribution or logistics company is a plus.
