📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide one-on-one support to students in the classroom, assisting teachers in creating personalized learning plans.
• Observe and document student progress, identifying areas for improvement and development.
• Use educational software and tools to track student performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement strategies for student success.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and guardians as needed.
• Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to provide the best support to students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching or educational support role.
• Strong knowledge of educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Passion for personalized learning and student success.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
