As our Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties are in top condition. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, fixing plumbing issues, troubleshooting electrical problems, maintaining HVAC systems, and handling carpentry work. Your daily tasks will involve conducting regular inspections, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions to keep our properties functional and comfortable for our tenants. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems, including wiring, lighting, and appliance repairs.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Handle carpentry tasks, including repairs and minor renovations.
• Use specialized tools and software such as AutoCAD for planning and documentation.
• Collaborate with the property management team to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Certifications in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry (e.g., Master Plumber, Certified Electrician, HVAC Technician, Certified Carpenter).
• Proficiency in using specialized tools and software such as AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with property management systems and software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
