📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain sales documents, including contracts, invoices, and receipts, using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Track and monitor customer payments, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and sales.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with sales and customer service software, such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM, is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
