📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Handle cash transactions and provide excellent customer service.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and food safety regulations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for meals.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or F&B role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Familiarity with basic cash handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
