📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and chilled water systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues, and implement effective solutions to resolve problems.
• Work with electrical and mechanical contractors to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with other building systems.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for HVAC systems.
• Provide technical support and training to cafe staff on HVAC system operation and maintenance.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to improve energy efficiency.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in HVAC technology and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC and chilled water systems maintenance and repair.
• Proven expertise in commercial air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with HVAC software and tools such as Trane Trace, Carrier Infinity, or similar.
• Valid certification in HVAC or related field (e.g., Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician, HVAC Technician, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
