📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing employee records and attendance using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Handle daily HR administrative tasks such as processing payroll, updating employee information, and managing leave requests.
• Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee benefits and training programs.
• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update HR documents and policies.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager during special projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration or a related field.
• Familiarity with HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
