📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their dining experience is seamless.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a fast-paced outlet setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in food service or hospitality are a plus.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
