📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for capital projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regional development goals.
• Coordinate with project teams to oversee the execution of projects, from initiation to completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and quality, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Leverage project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to track project timelines and resources.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital projects, with a proven track record in infrastructure development.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with experience using project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
