📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Prepare and file corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting and tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a property or real estate company.
• Certification in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks and SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
