As a Planning Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team working on some of Bali's most prestigious construction projects. Your daily tasks will involve developing detailed construction plans, coordinating with architects and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain detailed construction plans and schedules using tools like AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement cost control measures.
- Participate in site inspections and quality assurance activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction planning.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and project management.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Experience with construction planning software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
