🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Proven experience in customer success, customer enablement, or a related role in a technology company.,Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and customer success metrics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.,Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and platforms.,Fluency in English is required. French is a plus.,Passion for customer success and a track record of driving adoption and retention.
