📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, implement, and evaluate special education programs and services for students with diverse learning needs.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).,Provide differentiated instruction and support to students with special needs in accordance with their IEPs.,Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to ensure academic and personal growth.,Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and promotes the social-emotional development of all students.,Stay updated on best practices in special education and inclusive learning through professional development and research.,Build strong relationships with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and needs.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to promote inclusion and diversity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.,Valid teaching license or certification in Special Education.,Experience working with students with special needs in a school setting.,Strong knowledge of inclusive education principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.,Commitment to the values and mission of Light of the World Christian Academy of Makati.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
