In this role, you will provide strategic legal advice and support to our real estate and corporate clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and corporate law, with a deep understanding of Indonesian legal framework.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide strategic legal advice and support to real estate and corporate clients.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.,Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.,Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for real estate transactions.,Stay updated on legal developments and trends in real estate and corporate law.,Train and mentor junior legal staff.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external legal professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,At least 10 years of experience in real estate and corporate law.,Strong understanding of Indonesian legal framework.,Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.,Proven track record of successful legal projects.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Professional certification in Law (e.g., SAN, Advocate).,Experience working in a multi-cultural and diverse environment.
