📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and end-users,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and problems,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations,Experience with IT security and data protection,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
