📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email, and social media.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
