📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and achieve marketing goals.
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistency and relevance across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing social media channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing is a plus.
