📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions and payments accurately and efficiently,Process insurance claims and reimbursements,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions,Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong knowledge of cash handling and payment processing,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with insurance claims processing is a plus,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office tools,Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information,Valid ID and a clean criminal record
