Bay Plus Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
