Star Code Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Kupang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless integration and collaboration across the organization.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve organizational goals.,Manage and optimize operational budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize potential negative impacts on the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and operational software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
