📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.,Coordinate with the sales team to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.,Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly.,Organize and attend client meetings, events, and promotions to strengthen relationships.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the hospitality sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
