📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and software.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
