📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating with hiring managers and conducting interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs, such as training and development initiatives.,Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Support the HR manager in the administration of benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data related to HR activities.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.,Perform other duties as required to support the HR team and the overall operations of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
