Warung Elsa Medical Center is looking for a Deputy Distribution Officer to join our team in Tenggarong. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of medical supplies and equipment. You will work closely with the Distribution Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance our distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the distribution team.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the distribution of medical supplies and equipment.,Conduct regular performance reviews of the distribution team and provide feedback and coaching.,Collaborate with the Distribution Manager to develop and implement new distribution initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics management in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of medical supply chain and distribution processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
