Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions,Manage the cash drawer and ensure accurate record-keeping,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Follow company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware,Ability to stand for long periods of time,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
