📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Managing cash drawer and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations.

Handling cash and credit card payments securely.

Resolving customer complaints and issues professionally.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Following all store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or cashiering.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
