📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize results.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.,Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.,Manage social media accounts and engage with the audience.,Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other marketing software.,Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
