In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store's physical layout.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing a positive shopping experience.,Process transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Support the implementation of store policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance and report any issues to the management team.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store displays and promotions.,Maintain a clean and safe store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
