📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting comprehensive internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.,Collaborating with various departments to understand business processes and ensure audit objectives are met.,Preparing and presenting detailed audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Providing guidance and mentorship to junior auditors and team members.,Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 2 years in a senior or executive role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
