Apotek Bimo Laundry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. We are a well-established laundry and pharmacy chain with a strong presence in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with an internet connection.

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic sales planning, execution, and performance monitoring.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Promote products and services through various marketing channels.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the laundry or pharmacy industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
