📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Support sales activities including lead generation and customer follow-ups
• Assist in creating and maintaining marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance
• Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows and events
• Support the marketing and sales teams in achieving their targets
• Maintain accurate records of marketing and sales activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales
• Proficient in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiarity with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales techniques
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
