📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or fast-casual setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
