As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring the achievement of our strategic goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the overall management and operations of the company.,Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the growth and success of the business.,Manage and supervise the staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports and forecasts as required.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Lead and participate in business development activities and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in a similar organization.,Strong knowledge of business operations and management principles.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
