📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and card transactions with precision and security.,Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.,Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in cash register software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
