📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Participate in performance reviews and appraisals to ensure continuous improvement and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations is a plus.
